Magellan EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
Offers employee assistance and information on a variety of
personal, family and work related concerns. Some of the features
include: Basic Life Management, Convenience Services, Full Life
Management, Legal and Financial, Employee concern line. A Magellan
EAP program card will be issued to groups purchasing this service.
EAP services are available for groups with 50+ employees.
Labcard (Outpatient Lab Program)
The Labcard program is offered by Quest
Diagnostics. When you choose LabCard to obtain outpatient lab
work covered by your medical plan, there is no cost to you as the
testing will be covered 100%. No co-pays, no-deductibles and
no co-insurance. (Not offered with HDHP).
