Vision insurance from Nippon Life Benefits makes it easy and inexpensive for employees to get regular eye exams --  an often-overlooked (but important) preventive care measure that can help them avoid costly procedures down the road.

Vision coverage also includes an allowance toward exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.

Vision Care Plan covered charges for:

• Exams - Limited to one per employee or dependent per 12 month period
• Frames - Limited to one pair per employee or dependent per 24 month period
• Lenses - Limited to two lenses per employee or dependent per 12 month period
